    To place your order online, follow the directions on the ordering screen when you click the Checkout button from your shopping cart page. Ordering online is quick, easy, safe and secure.

    If you prefer traditional payment methods, to pay by check or a money order please print and complete our (

    SHIPPING AND HANDLING

    Order Processing Time: Our typical order processing time is 1 to 2 business days. You will receive a notification email with a tracking number when your order is shipped or we will notify you by e-mail or telephone of our inability to perform your request. From that point you should expect UPS service times to comply with the estimates below. Order processing delays can be experienced if we have to verify your billing address.

  • FREE SHIPPING for orders above $40.00 (US orders only) - JewelryMix.com offers free ground shipping when your total order is $40 or more.

  • $2.99 Flat Rate Shipping - 5 to 7 days ($2.99) - USPS First Class or similar. Estimated delivery time is 5 to 7 business days. We ship from our warehouse in Michigan.

  • Priority Shipping - 3 to 4 days ($6.99) - UPS Ground or similar. Estimated delivery time is 3 to 4 business days. We ship from our warehouse in Michigan. The delivery time estimate based on your state is shown on the map below.

  • 2nd Day Air - 2 business days ($14.99) - 2nd Day Air estimated delivery time is 2 business days after the order is shipped. Please, note that you have to add our order processing time to estimate your delivery date.

    PO Box, APO and FPO Addresses, orders to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico sent via U.S. Priority Mail only. Sorry, no express or overnight delivery.

Shipments outside of USA may be subject to import charges and taxes which are responsibility of the purchaser. We reserve the right to reject shipping to certain countries or certain items to some countries.

    The delivery estimates above are estimates, not guarantees. We do our best to process orders received within the time frames specified, however, during our busiest seasons delays can be expected. It is highly recommended that your request shipping that allows for delivery a day or two extra prior the day that you MUST have your order.

    ORDER TRACKING
    Where is my order?
  • You will receive an email notification when your package has been shipped with a UPS tracking number and a link to track your order. If you have not received a shipping notification email in 2 business days after placing the order email us at info@jewelrymix.com and we will reply with a status update.
  • If the tracking information shows that the order has been delivered but you have not received it, check with your neighbours or family members.
  • International orders may have longer transit times and sometimes you may experience customs delay.
  • If your billing address does not match the address you have on file with the credit card company your order processing time may be longer than 1 to 2 business days because we are required to verify your billing address for your protection.

    RETURNS
    Easy returns and no risk for you! All products (EXCEPT earrings and other piercing jewelry) purchased through our store may be returned for a refund in new, unused condition for a period of 30 (thirty) days from the order date. Refunds will be issued via the same method as the original payment. Returns or exchanges for international orders (outside US and Canada) accepted only in case of shipping error, or defective product.

    Returns not due to our error must be shipped prepaid to us. If an item was shipped to you in error or is defective, we will pay your return shipping costs. We will either issue you a prepaid return label or we will reimburse you via your original order payment form for the cost of your shipping. We recommend shipping via a traceable method as we cannot be responsible for packages lost, delayed, or damaged by carriers. We will not charge you shipping for replacement of any defective items.

    Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is being returned due to a shipping error, or is defective.

    If a package is delivered which you feel was damaged due to improper handling by the carrier, we ask that you let us know so that we may properly process damage claims with the carrier.

    If an item is missing from your order, please let us know immediately so we can remedy the situation.

    Returns for Refunds over $100 will be subject to 15% restocking fee. No restocking fee is taken if the packaging is unopened, not damaged and is in resalable condition, containing all original contents.

    DEFFECTIVE ITEMS RETURNS
    Deffective products purchased through JewelryMix.com must be returned for replacement within 14 (fourteen) days from receival.

    HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
    Please send an e-mail to
    info@jewelrymix.com describing why you wish to return the item(s). We will respond with a return authorization code and additional return and shipping instructions. Returns received without a return authorization number will not be accepted. Please allow us 24 to 48 hours to respond to your return request.

    BACKORDERS
    Some items are shipped from various distribution centers and your order may be shipped in multiple packages on different days. You will not be charged additional shipping charges for multiple shipments. Backordered items will ship as soon as possible. You will be e-mailed if there is an extended delay in our ability to ship an item and you will be given a choice to cancel the backordered items or continue waiting for them to be available.

    We will not charge your credit card for the amount of the backordered products until we ship the products.

    CANCELING ORDERS
    Once submitted, orders are not cancelable unless the item is backordered. By submitting an order, you are confirming that you have reviewed the order details and agreed with all charges and policies. If you refuse an order shipment with the carrier, we will refund you for the products upon their return to us but not for shipping charges. Our backorder notification will provide directions on how to cancel backordered items.
